Quote & Proposal Terms
Last updated: October 7, 2026
This page establishes general rules for quotes and proposals generated by SEO Website Masters LLC. A specific quote or proposal may contain additional terms that control the transaction.
Quotes and Estimates
Unless a document expressly states otherwise, quotes and estimates are proposals for services and are not a guarantee that services will be available at the stated price indefinitely. Pricing, scope, assumptions, taxes, third-party costs, advertising spend, hosting, software, media, and other pass-through expenses should be identified in the applicable proposal.
Proposal Acceptance
A proposal becomes binding only when accepted through the method identified in the proposal or through an executed agreement, statement of work, order, or other binding document. The proposal should identify scope, deliverables, timing assumptions, fees, payment terms, dependencies, exclusions, and acceptance requirements.
Scope Changes
Work outside the agreed scope may require a written change order, revised proposal, or additional authorization. Client delays, missing access, platform changes, third-party outages, or material scope changes may affect timing and cost.
Digital Marketing Disclosures
No proposal should be interpreted as a guarantee of search rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, revenue, advertising performance, or other results unless a specific written agreement expressly provides otherwise and applicable law permits it.
Electronic Records
Where legally permitted, electronic proposals, approvals, signatures, timestamps, audit records, and communications may be retained as business records. The CRM is designed to maintain the history of customer and sales activity associated with a proposal.
Legal Review
These general terms are not a substitute for a negotiated client agreement and should be reviewed with qualified counsel for transactions requiring specialized terms.
